Also, today is Drum Major's last day working at the Clearance Store. I must go bother her.... but I don't feel like wasting gas. Maybe I'll convince Saryentoss to come and pick me up! Heh heh.

I am not so much worried about teaching Trombone Girl 6/8, but now I am concerned with teaching her about an eighth rest in 6/8. Ugh.
Oh God. Marching band is WONDERFUL. I LOVE marching band.
And I must say, the best feeling in the world is finally getting something that you didn't understand before. Or teaching someone like Trombone Girl and (finally!) they get it.
I tell you what.... marching band is like soap on a rope.... EXCEPT BETTER!
